Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the operations of a recently acquired 385+ unit luxury rental in Union, New Jersey. The Property Manager will manage a full team, including an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agents, a Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Technicians.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Property Manager role, candidates will possess the following:

• 3-5+ years of experience in luxury rental property management
• Strong ability to lead a team
• Well-versed in budgeting
• Excellent verbal and written communication
