Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the operations of a 105+ unit beachfront luxury high-rise rental in Long Beach, New York. The Property Manager will manage a full onsite team, including a Leasing Agent, a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, and Concierge.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5+ years of experience in luxury rental property management
• Strong ability to lead a team
• Well-versed in budgeting
• Excellent verbal and written communication
