Your new role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Accountant to support the financial operations of a portfolio of office properties. This role is ideal for someone with 2–8 years of property accounting experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with property management teams. The Property Accountant will handle full-cycle accounting responsibilities, monthly financial reporting, and lease-related analysis for office assets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 2+ years of property accounting experience, office properties preferred

• Experience with office leases and understanding of key concepts

• Proficiency in MRI or Yardi, strong Excel skills

• Strong understanding of GAAP
