Our client is seeking Project Specialist for Centennial, CO

Role Description

Talent Mobility Team is looking for a Project Specialist to support our Relocation and Immigration programs. This person will act as a liaison between our recruiters, candidates/employees, human resources, legal counsel, vendor partners, and business leaders – and will need to quickly earn all stakeholders' support and trust. In this role you will answer questions from various stakeholders/partners, understand both the employee and business needs to provide a best-in-class employee experience.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a strong collaborator, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.

• Partner with our relocation and immigration vendors to initiate the relocation and immigration processes for new hires/existing employees
• Maintain, track and provide periodic reports on all relocation initiations
• Partner with internal stakeholders and outside legal vendor to coordinate immigration-related needs
• Maintain and track relocation and immigration data
• Provide Guidance to stakeholders and partners to ensure understanding of relocation and immigration policies and procedures
• Capable of taking on additional tasks within our Talent Mobility and/or broader Talent Strategy & Operations spaces as needed

Skills and Requirement

• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and timely responses to stakeholders and partners
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively answer and address internal and external customers and stakeholders inquiries
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite – with strong capabilities in Excel
• Ability to quickly pick up various platform tools/systems (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow ticketing, vendor platforms, etc)
• Flexibility on work hours depending on business needs and/or time zones
• Prior immigration/paralegal and/or relocation experience (strongly preferred)
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
