Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to support project execution by developing and maintaining comprehensive timelines that drive efficiency and predictability. This role collaborates with project managers, control teams, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and proactively identify risks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and capable of managing resource allocation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Creation & Management
- Build and update project schedules using industry-standard software.
- Integrate resource and cost data to ensure accurate timeline forecasting.
Progress Tracking & Analysis:
- Monitor project milestones and report on status relative to goals.
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to assess performance against budget and schedule.
- Highlight critical path activities and flag potential delays.
- Deliver 60-day look-ahead schedules to project teams.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and align schedules with project objectives.
- Participate in schedule reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Communicate updates and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of scheduling principles and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with experience working across departments including operations, finance, and leadership.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent technical training/experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in project scheduling, ideally within a related industry.
