Your new role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead subcontractor coordination, manage client relationships, and oversee site operations in partnership with field teams. This role requires a proactive communicator who can drive schedules, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across all phases of construction.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll bring at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with a background in ground-up or institutional builds. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Strong proficiency in project management software and a proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets are essential.
