Seeking General Commercial PM in Orlando

Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. You will oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications to ensure successful project outcomes. You will work closely with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and internal teams to manage risk, maintain quality standards, and resolve issues proactively. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects (education, municipal, healthcare, hospitality, or similar preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes including budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and procurement
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
