Project Manager & Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking high-caliber Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with specialized expertise in clean room laboratories, advanced manufacturing, aerospace and mission-critical facilities. These roles will lead complex capital projects for clients in sectors such as semiconductor, life sciences, data centers, aerospace facilities, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech manufacturing.

The successful candidates will serve as the primary client interface and be responsible for delivering projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, budget, schedule, and operational standards.


Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead all phases of project lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and reporting structures
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution

Client Engagement
  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients in advanced industries & mission-critical sectors
  • Translate technical project requirements (e.g., cleanroom classifications, redundancy, uptime requirements) into actionable plans
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations

Technical Oversight
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO cleanroom classifications, cGMP, and mission-critical reliability frameworks (Tier standards, redundancy levels, etc.)
  • Oversee validation, commissioning, and handover processes
  • Coordinate complex MEP systems, including HVAC, process piping, electrical redundancy, and environmental controls

Commercial & Contract Management
  • Manage procurement strategies and contractor/vendor selection
  • Administer contracts, change orders, and cost controls
  • Ensure financial performance targets are met or exceeded

Operational Excellence
  • Implement project management best practices
  • Promote safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to business development through client relationships and project delivery excellence


Education/Experience/Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience in clean room, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and complex infrastructure environments
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale capital projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, cost management platforms)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
