Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on educational, commercial, or municipal projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
