Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on educational, commercial, or municipal projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
