Civil - Project Manager

We collaborate with a reputable Heavy Civil General Contractor in Florida, actively seeking a motivated Project Manager in the Greater Orlando area. Projects span from Site Development, Underground Utilities, and Earthworks, offering exciting growth opportunities.


Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you’ll closely oversee ongoing and upcoming projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring successful execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Requirements:
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years in civil construction and project management.
  • Project Familiarity:
    Understanding of Site Development, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, or roadway (DOT) projects.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Education:
    While a bachelor’s degree is beneficial, relevant experience is equally valuable.
  • Estimating / Takeoff:
    Bonus points if you have expertise in these areas.
  • Relocation:
