Project Manager (Mixed Use — Commercial — Parking — Ground Up +50M) - Miami

You'll be part of over 50 years of history, a nationwide general contractor with offices in the Miami area, projects all over the US.
Specializing in Commercial, Parking, Mid & High Rise, Multifamily Mixed Use, Hospitality, projects over 100M.


Responsibilities
Support the VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
Manage expectations, commitments and day-to-day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.
Support payment applications, change orders, request for information, permits etc.
Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.


Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
10–20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily, Hotels, Mid - High Rises, or similar.
Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.
