A well-respected Civil Contractor who operates in the Atlanta Metro and regionally specializing in various heavy civil projects including but not limited to underground utilities. Your new role

Responsibilities include providing overall management direction for two or more projects, perform post-construction cost review and reporting; training and mentoring of project engineers/assistant project managers, subcontract & purchase order scope development; project cost accounting setup; procurement of materials and subcontractor; development of the project schedule of values that will yield positive cash flow; development of the project critical path method schedule, and more.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should possess a construction related degree and more than 10 years of experience within the construction industry as a Project Manager with experience in civil construction, specifically on grading/ site work or mass earthworks projects.
