• Oversee daily project operations and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost tracking systems.
• Prepare estimates and manage billing processes, including pay applications and invoicing.
• Collaborate closely with the site superintendent to ensure smooth field operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, contract terms, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within civil or municipal construction.
• Strong understanding of water/wastewater systems, underground utilities, and public infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
