Your new role

As Project Manager, you’ll own full project delivery from buyout through closeout for multiple underground utility and sitework packages. You’ll partner closely with Superintendents and Supervisors to drive schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10+ years’ experience managing underground utilities/sitework projects in Texas
• Proven delivery on commercial site packages
• Strong command of project financials and unit pricing; demonstrated success driving cost/production and change management.
• Proficiency with Procore (or equivalent), Bluebeam, and CPM scheduling (P6 or MS Project); solid plan-reading and takeoff skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with a field-first mindset; clear written and verbal communication with owners, inspectors, and crews.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 preferred; civil or construction-related degree a plus (or equivalent experience).
