I am working with a boutique full-service real estate advisory firm with a focus on project development and construction management for LAUSD and LACCD.

They are looking for a Project Engineer to work full-time with Los Angeles Community College District on their East LA Campus.

The position is bond-eligible and is strictly limited to work associated with capital construction, modernization, and sustainability projects as defined under the BuildLACCD Bond Program.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M.
