• Lead all phases of data center construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and coordination of MEP systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum
• Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Proven track record delivering data center or mission‑critical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and high‑density infrastructure
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a high‑stakes environment
