We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Projects and capable of managing projects in the retail, education, and light industrial sectors. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of managing projects in the retail, education, and light industrial sectors is highly desirable.
