Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the DFW area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing K-12 education construction projects and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on K-12 education and JOC projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Local to the DFW area or willing to relocate.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects.
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational facility construction.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications.
