Having been in the business for over 40 years in Southern California, they've acquired a strong network of clientele who take on projects of various sizes and methods. They are seeking a skilled project manager to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

• Overseeing job sites and personnel.
• Overseeing labor projections.
• Contract negotiation and administration.
• Project scheduling and planning.
• Negotiating and purchasing materials.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 7–10 years of experience in industrial construction.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Design-build experience.

• Ability to be on projects from preconstruction until the project finish.
