PM required in Mammoth. Federal Building. 2 years. Accommodation paid for

Want to work in incredible Mammoth? My client, a GC that specializes in Federal buildings, are constructing a $27million 6,125 sq ft Civic Center.

The Civic Center includes :

- a council chamber
- main entrance lobby
- public restrooms
- utility restrooms

Site improvements include new landscaping, concrete and asphalt paving, with 63 parking stalls and 12 street parking spots. Includes EV and accessible parking.

They are looking for a Project Manager and a Superintendent ASAP. This is a $27m project.
Accommodation in Mammoth (rent and utilities will be paid for). Expect to be paid c $140k - 150k per annum.
