The firm is one of the trailblazers on the Office-to-Residential conversion front and has several high-profile projects on the books as we speak. The company is vertically integrated, meaning they have development, construction, and property management all under one roof. As they look at the future, they have realized they could use a new Project Manager!

-Your new role-

As a Project Manager with this firm, you will oversee construction from the owner's side. Typically, this company hires a GC, but sometimes they self-perform jobs. The first project that you would work on is a 200k sq ft office to resi conversion in Midtown. 25 stories with 20 of them being renovated into residential. Very good opportunity for someone with ambitious career goals. The ideal candidate will have construction experience as well as experience working for an owner.
