I am partnering with a 25-year-old Multifamily GC.

They are known for the construction of high-quality multifamily housing (type III and type V).

Typical projects range from 50 to 200 units, with project values anywhere between $20mill and $70 million – all projects based in LA County.

Due to an increase in workload in LA County, they are looking to hire a PM with a proven trac record of delivering multifamily projects.
