• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Lead onsite and remote teams with clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Solid understanding of construction processes and documentation
• Budgeting, scheduling and document control experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
