Overview
A leading general contractor in the Dallas market is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in light industrial construction. This role oversees ground‑up and large‑scale renovation projects valued at $50 million and above, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at client communication, and brings strong leadership to field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality control.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and financial performance.

Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
  • Demonstrated success managing light industrial projects (manufacturing, distribution, flex industrial, logistics, etc.).
  • Experience overseeing projects of $50M or greater.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
