Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and successfully executing construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage 1–2 projects at a time (depending on size), ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. This role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams and clients, as well as travel to job sites approximately once every two weeks for 1–2 days.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing all financial aspects of projects, including invoicing and change orders.
  • Transitioning projects from estimating to preconstruction.
  • Managing schedules, budgets, and onsite teams to meet milestones.
  • Maintaining project documentation and reporting status to leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with processes and procedures for proper close-out.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 4+ years in construction project management, ideally with hospitality or commercial ground-up projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of project financials.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with negotiated and lump sum projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore and other industry software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with compressed deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
