They are a growing GC specializing in a number of commercial sectors, specializing in ground-up construction. To account for this growth and to support a healthy pipeline of projects, they are looking to add on Project Managers to their operations in Maryland, DC and Virginia.

Your new role

• Oversee projects valued between $5M - $50M
• Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
• Lead cross-functional teams to success
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
• Manage risks and ensure project success
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of experience in construction
• Ground-up construction experience is preferred.
• A degree in construction or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage and train teams effectively.
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.
• Ability to read and understand plans and contracts.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Project, Procore, and other tools.
