Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, manage compliance with AHCA regulations, and lead a high-performing team through every phase of construction. Your leadership will be key in driving project success and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • At least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on healthcare.
  • Proven knowledge of AHCA compliance and healthcare facility requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines with confidence.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
