Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration while managing relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Expect to handle 3–5 projects at a time, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll also mentor Assistant Project Managers and collaborate closely with Superintendents to maintain quality and client satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (7+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of job costing, scheduling, and change order management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Timberline/Sage PM
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
