Your new role

• Managing multiple paving, sitework, and underground utility projects across the Houston metro.
• Leading buyout, subcontractor coordination, and cost control using HCSS HeavyJob/HeavyBid, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Developing and maintaining schedules in P6/MS Project, conducting look-ahead meetings, and driving progress reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with TxDOT and municipal specifications, traffic control plans, and QA/QC standards.
• Building strong client relationships and handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction project management (paving, sitework, utilities).
• Proven track record delivering TxDOT or municipal projects in Houston or surrounding counties.
• Proficiency in HCSS, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (P6/MS Project).
• Strong financial acumen for cost-to-complete, change management, and subcontractor oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
