The firm is looking to hire a Project Manager to be based in New Jersey.
This person will support purchasing for a variety of ongoing projects.

Your new role

Some additional job duties for the Project Manager:

- Handle 3–4 projects at a time

- Ground-up, and some cost estimating

- Most of the work is in NJ, (may have some day trips outside the state)

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

- About 3–7 years in construction project management (Ground-up preferred)

- Procore is a plus

- Proven track record and good prior tenure are important

What you'll get in return

- Base range of $100-$130K
