Your new role
As Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and team coordination. You’ll lead site visits, manage documentation and permits, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. This role requires proactive communication with stakeholders and the ability to resolve challenges swiftly and effectively.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results under pressure
