Project Executive (Airport - Public - Healthcare +100M) — Miami & Fort Lauderdale

More than 50 years history Construction Company with projects all over Florida.
Specialized in Complex Projects over 100M, Commercial, Airport, Schools, Federal, Healthcare, Industrial, and other complex projects. Located in Miami with a focus on Dade — Broward County.


Responsibilities
Manage project stakeholders. Reports to Vice President.
Lead aspects across the project cycle, managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
Manage expectations, commitments and day-to-day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.
Preconstruction / Process Improvement / Stakeholder Management (Arch, Developer, Owners Rep, City, others). Team Management / Recruitment
Leading a team of mid - senior leadership. Projects over 150M.


Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
+20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Mixed Use, Healthcare, Public, Healthcare, Renovation and Ground Up projects. Over 80M.
To be successful, you need to be familiar with the South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.
Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a package of up to $190,000 - 220,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
