Specialized in Complex Projects over 50M, Multifamily, Mid - High Rises, Mixed Use, Retail, Parking, other Commercial. Located in Miami with a focus on Dade - Broward Counties.

Manage project stakeholders. Reports to VP.

Lead aspects of the project cycle, managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Manage expectations, commitments and day-to-day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.

Preconstruction / Process Improvement / Stakeholder Management (Arch, Developer, Owners Rep, City, others). Team Management / Recruitment

Leading a team of mid - senior leadership. 3–4 Projects over 500K/ 10M.

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

20-25 or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily, Condominiums, Hotels, Renovation and Ground Up projects. Over 40M.

To be successful, you need to be familiar with the South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.

In return, you will receive a package of up to $190,000–230,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
