Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all phases of the construction project, from planning to implementation

- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met

- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- 3 - 5 years of experience in civil construction

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
