Project details :

Full gut and seismic retrofit of a historic building (non-industrial areas only) transforming it into a modern, code-compliant space while preserving its architectural character.
$36M / 20-month project / demo starting in November 2025

The conceptual design for this job is being led by Gensler.

Paying between $72k and $107k (DoE) + first-rate benefits. Interviews are being arranged for next week.
