... my client has been tasked to deliver a 5-building health campus with a mix of Type I & Type II construction. Specs include five separate buildings (19 acres / 450,000sq ft) / contract value = $400M (currently in preconstruction).

Main use of the buildings :

• Supportive housing and recovery residences
• Adult and pediatric mental health urgent care, a sobering center
• Mental health rehabilitation
• Pediatric care: outpatient mental health area, children's crisis residential program, and children's intensive mental health treatment program
• Outpatient mental health and medical clinic services

In return, you will receive :

• Project Director : $215k-$240k plus $12,600 annual car allowance.
• Project Executive : $240k-$260k plus $12,600 annual car allowance
