HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions that is looking for a Project Coordinator. This is a key role within the organization, requiring daily coordination with technical and management staff to drive consistency, train project management staff, and ensure methodologies remain up‑to‑date and well documented.

Your new role

As a Projects Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and the execution team. Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting & Data Analysis: Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports (Revenue Backlog, Work Backlog, Project Initiation, Revenue Recognition, % Complete, Project Finances Summary) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Provide solicited and unsolicited coaching to project management staff, deliver training programs, and align execution teams with corporate direction.
- Audit projects, investigate data validity, escalate issues when necessary, and act as a liaison between execution and leadership.
- Oversee project activity checklists, provision setups, aggregate data, and ensure QC oversight across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Become a subject matter expert in company’s ERP platform (Ajera), collaborating with accounting to ensure accurate project data and financial integrity.

What you’ll need to succeed

Proven experience in project management, staff oversight, and PM training
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret complex reports
Excellent communication and coaching abilities, both solicited and unsolicited
Investigative mindset with the ability to audit and escalate issues effectively
Familiarity with project lifecycles and ERP systems (Ajera preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational consistency
