Project Support Coordinator – Contract – Jacksonville, GE/Hybrid – $18.00 -$19.50/hr.

Our client is seeking a Project Support Coordinator opportunity for
Jacksonville, GE/Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect returned equipment, ensuring all components match inventory records.
• Document equipment condition and return details accurately.
• Repackage equipment securely for export, ensuring compliance with shipping standards.
• Coordinate timely shipments to Germany, working with logistics providers.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of internal equipment.
• Order new and replacement XENTRY hardware and software.
• Respond to dealer support tickets, prioritize inquiries, and ensure timely resolution.

Skills & Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: High accuracy and consistency in documentation and handling.
• Organized: Strong time management and task prioritization.
• Independent Worker: Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Effective Communicator: Clear verbal and written communication.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Multitasker: Comfortable managing multiple systems and tasks.
• Critical Thinker: Quick and effective problem-solving.
• Adaptable: Responsive to changing protocols and customer needs.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Customer support experience in a professional setting.
• Preferred: Background in automotive retail, technical services, or IT/networking.
