Your New Role

As a Project Accountant, you will play a vital role in tracking and reporting the financial performance of construction projects. You’ll be responsible for managing all accounting functions related to assigned projects, including processing vendor invoices and subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance, and collaborating closely with project managers to develop accurate cost forecasts. Your work will help ensure timely payments, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support the overall financial health of our projects.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

They're looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in construction accounting. Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat is essential. Knowledge of AIA billing formats, Timberscan, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are strong advantages. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
