Our client is seeking a Program Manager III in Greenwood Village, CO

Role Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Program Manager to support the Seamless Entertainment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and knows how to drive results while building strong relationships. You’ll be replacing a current contractor and stepping into a high-impact role focused on portfolio management, program orchestration, and strategic alignment across multiple teams.

• Lead and manage one or more complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Align project delivery with broader strategic goals and initiatives.
• Define and report on program roadmaps, status, development issues, and success metrics.
• Identify and monitor risks, ensuring governance controls are in place.
• Coordinate interdependent projects and manage resources across teams.
• Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement across departments.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
• Build and manage program budgets.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and internal practices impacting program success.

Skills & Requirements

• 10–20 years of relevant experience in Product, Video, or Telecom industries.
• Proven expertise in JIRA – must be able to create structure boards and workflows.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic SharePoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to chase people down while remaining likable and approachable.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• A go-getter who’s proactive and resourceful.
• Someone teammates want to spend time with – personable, engaging, and fun.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to build trust quickly and foster strong working relationships.
