They’re currently seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their dynamic team. They have a fully integrated approach: from development and construction to property management and leasing, everything is managed in-house. This seamless structure ensures consistent quality, efficiency, and vision across every stage of a project. The operate across several sectors including commercial office space, industrial and retail.

Your new role

• Overseeing budgeting, estimating, scope documents, and design reviews
• Leading the bidding process and managing contractor relationships
• Liaising with leasing and tenant teams to align goals and timelines
• Driving value and innovation through design-build, negotiated work
• Managing contracts and ensuring seamless handoff after preconstruction

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in preconstruction with a GC background preferred.
• Strong design mindset with the ability to see the big picture
• Strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to say no or challenge assumptions
• High comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments
