My client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Maintenance Manager with strong mechanical skills and polished customer service to manage 4 Luxury Market Multifamily properties in Manhattan. This role reports into the VP of Residential Facilities.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND STRONG BUDGETING & FINANCIALS FOR CONSIDERATION.

As the Portfolio Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, leading by example, and providing excellent customer service to residents. You will also maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in proper working order.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

This position offers a base salary range of up to 135K, bonus, 401K match plan, fully-covered health benefits, free housing, and much more!
