They extensively support unique & challenging architectural projects, providing for diverse project exposure.


As a Plumbing/ Fire Protection Design Engineer you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

You can be based in either Norwalk CT or Boston MA for this opportunity.


Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the design and development of plumbing and fire protection systems for various building projects.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver comprehensive plumbing designs.
  • Preparing drawings, specifications, and calculations for plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Conducting site visits and field investigations to gather data and assess existing plumbing systems.
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
  • Supporting senior engineers in project coordination and client communications.
  • Ad-hoc Project Management responsibilities within Plumbing & Fire Protection centric projects


Desired experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 plus years of relevant experience in plumbing design or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
  • AutoCAD and Revit
