As part of a global group, they deliver integrated digital solutions across high value industries. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in Raleigh, NC!

Your new role

In this role, you will lead full funnel, client-facing marketing strategy and execution across SEM, paid media, demand generation, ABM, and customer journey programs. You will translate client goals into channel strategies, budgets, campaign structures, and optimization plans, while guiding performance discussions and advising on insights and investment decisions. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, data, delivery, and commercial teams to drive measurable outcomes through integrated digital campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7 plus years in B2B digital marketing across SEM, paid media, demand generation, and multichannel execution, ideally within an agency environment
  • Experience in complex B2B industries such as health and life sciences, medtech, biotech, or healthcare technology
  • Strong understanding of full funnel strategy, customer journeys, and pipeline mechanics
  • Hands-on experience managing SEM, paid social, and ad network platforms
  • ABM experience supporting high value or multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Ability to lead client discussions, present insights, and build trusted partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple engagements
  • (Bonus to have): AI-driven marketing experience or an understanding of how AI tools are reshaping channels, performance, and full funnel strategy.
