Your new role

Reporting to global, you will lead the People & Culture strategy for the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, shaping and delivering programs that support business growth and transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to align talent, culture, and performance with HAYS’ goals, as well as overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, leadership development, engagement, reward, operations, and change management. A key area will be to build and develop a strong P&C team, champion HAYS’ values, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• 18+ years of progressive HR with at least 5 years managing a team.
• You will have a multinational global company background, and preferably a SHRM/PHP/HRCI certification.
• North America experience is essential, and you have to run the regional HR for the company.
• Must come from a sales-driven/customer-centric industry background, ideally partnering with sales leaders.
• Skilled at crafting and scaling HR solutions for complex, high-growth environments and building and leading teams and driving change.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at global level.
