A respected and fast-growing construction company is seeking a strong Payroll Specialist to add to their team! This position will be fully in-office.

Your new role

The Payroll Specialist will report to the Payroll Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures, and the ability to support a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential for collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors. The specialist will assist with running the weekly payroll, hourly and salary employees, and import data from the field reporting tool to Paylocity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in payroll
• Experience processing payroll weekly
• Experience in payroll software (Paylocity preferred)
• Microsoft Office skills, Excel
