Your new role

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements
• Partner with property managers to provide legal and operational support
• Conduct due diligence on transactions and tenant documentation
• Analyze and interpret lease terms, amendments, and operating agreements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and accuracy

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal in real estate law
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating lease documents
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluent in commercial real estate terminology and documentation
• Familiarity with MRI and Yardi is a plus
