Our client is a global Real Estate services firm supporting a major corporate campus portfolio in Silicon Valley. Due to continued growth across a long-term client account, the team is expanding and looking to bring on an Owners Rep Project Manager to help deliver a mix of Tenant Improvements, CAPEX, and Infrastructure upgrades.

Your new role

This is a highly visible, client-facing position focused on managing projects across an active corporate environment. You will

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across TI, capital projects, and infrastructure upgrades

• Partner directly with a key corporate client, acting as a trusted advisor / Owner’s Rep

• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, consultants, and contractors

• Drive multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced campus setting

• Support scope development, proposals, and ongoing client engagement
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10+ years of construction/project management experience

• Background in Owner’s Rep, General Contractor, or consulting environments

• Proven experience delivering Tenant Improvements + CAPEX projects

• Exposure to corporate campuses, tech environments, or mission-critical/infrastructure work is highly attractive

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships

• Self-starter who can own a portfolio and operate independently
