Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading building owner to hire an Overnight Porter for a key commercial office property in Midtown.

Your new role

The job duties of the Overnight Porter will include, among others:

• Property inspections across common areas and tenant spaces.
• Identify and report interior damage, perform light maintenance when required.
• Manage elevator access to floors off hours as tenants request access.
• Assist with adverse weather preparation - rain mats, snow removal - when necessary.
• Work with 3rd party vendors if needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience conducting commercial building maintenance
• FSD/EAP requirements – Obtain FSD and EAP certifications.
• Good pulse in safety, and ability to communicate with building tenants
• ***Must be able to work the following hours: Wed, Thurs, 12:30 am – 8:30 am, Fri, Sat, Sun: 4:30 pm – 12:30 am***
