Ops Admin Support – Contract – Tampa, FL – $20.00 - 25.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking an Ops Admin Support in Tampa, FL.
Job Responsibilities
• Data entry of work order information into SAP
• Emergency work order entry into SAP
• Maintenance work order lifecycle management
• Coordination of ordered parts for maintenance activities
• Organize maintenance work assignments
• Submit changes to update job plans to planners, printing and distribution of plans
• Documentation and entry of safety documents and standard operating procedures
• Kronos auditing and attendance management support - identify and correct missing punches; notify supervisors of potential attendance issues; entry of vacation/leave time
• Entry/tracking of non-confidential employee records (union dues, qualifications, seniority) via ticket submission of Service Now ticket to EBS
• Job change/transfer via ticket submission of Service Now ticket to EBS
• Support bidding process – open bid, submit move information to EBS, close out bid process
• Enter and modify schedules and work rules in Kronos
• Service award management – validate eligibility and distribution of awards
• Support new hire onboarding for IT, personal protective equipment, orientation
• Complete and manage access requests/IT requests/cell phone requests
Required Skills
High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of administrative experience
• Knowledge of maintenance and planning work
• Experience in industrial environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively interact with various functional areas and facilities
• Experience with SAP, Maximo, Kronos and Workday
• General knowledge of human resources and maintenance processes
• Knowledge of process improvement
